TEMPORAL ASCENSION ALPHA/DEMO

Temporal Ascension is a bullet-heaven roguelite game with challenging boss fights and a twist, unlike other bullet-heaven games, in this one you have to use your character skill and abilities manually, which means you have to aim and cast them. This means if you die so easily, you know what it is "SKILL ISSUE!".

But don't worry, you can use the sources you have gathered while playing to buy permanent upgrades in the hub.

You start with your character base skill and one starting ability, each level up offers improvements to both where you choose one. Every 5 improvements to either character skill or ability grants an augment to them, augments are also awarded for zone completions.

The Controls:
"W-A-S-D" for character movement
"Left click" for base attack
"Right click" for character skill
"1-2-3-4" for ability usage
"Space" for dash

Theory craft your build, complete zones and challenge bosses!

Thanks for playing everyone, feel free to comment what you think about the game, we are open to any suggestions!

Since this is a alpha demo build, there might be bugs and glitches, all will be fixed and polished in full release.

We also have a patreon page, if you want to help us completing the project, we will appreciate it.

this is awesome - congrats! as some who loves both MOBAs and Roguelites this  really scratches the itch. looking forward to the full release!

tiny feedback

have you ever considered automatically transferring all the xp on the ground to the player after a level ends?

it feels bad to lose all the XP that I fought hard for but couldn't collect! :(

Awesome! Glad you liked the game!

Yea the subject for xp transfer was one of our discussions, but we decided not to do it since taking a risk of getting hit to collect xp orbs is also part of the game :)

There are systems to make this easier tho, you can upgrade your pick-up radius or monsters drop magnets with a chance.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We will consider it again
